German Language

To be honest, as a child, learning German is one of my most lucid decisions.

How did it start?

In fact, my choice to study German is not because any academic reason, I chose to engage in it just because I was bored and want to find a new hobby. However, I would never know how that decision could affect my daily life. When I bought that German Poet book, I have thought that “Don’t worry, just for fun”. But when I start to study German, I believe that I might have been swept away by that language. Gradually, my parents and friends always see me studying German.

My loves to German

Before learning German, I have never thought that language could be that statisfield. I always enjoy those moments when I can speak German. As you known, German is one of the hardest languages can be pronoun in the world. But if you understand their pronunciation, your speaking will be easier. Therefore, I always “Listen before speaking”.

One of my favorite syllables in German is -ch. For example, “Ich” (Me), “Dich” (you), “auch” (also), … Because those words are simple to pronoun, while they still have a “German Vibe” (in my opinion, I think so).

German Poetry

To be honest, I was wondering whether German poetry is a type of elegant art that haven’t be recorded in any written account? Because those “literature arts” are really breathtakingly gorgeous.

I have found a book, a book of German poetry, that book has changed all my worldview. The book collects all the German Poetry during the history and show them off.

In fact, my favorite poem in that book is “Deutschland: Ein Wintermaerchen” or “Germany: A Winter’s Tale”. This poem written by Heinrich Heine in 1844, talks about his journey from Paris to Hamburg. During the trip, Heine has noticed that Prussia military junta was an obstacle harming the German’s development.

The reason why I am interested in this poem is because I find a soul of history from this. In this poem, Heine has described perfectly the Prussia’s social then – he has described the background, the people, the emotions and civilization in an unblemished manner. And as a lover of German History, I would like to say that this poem is a priceless treasure for me.

Conclusion

To conclude, I would like to say that German is a variety, pretty, and perfectly language for me. I am not overpraising or anything, but you should try to learn a foreign language like me to understand how I am feeling right now. German is a language of beauty, and I would like to visit Germany in the future to perceive the “German vibe” that I love.
